Which bikes can be insured with bikePAYMENT?

All bicycles and e-bikes can be insured up to a total gross purchase price of €12,000. Insurance can be taken out up to 12 months after purchase if the bike is in an undamaged condition and a current photo of the bike is uploaded as part of the fase24 registration. The minimum contract term is 2 years.

How is the damage/theft reported?

You can access the online claims forms via the menu item “bikePAYMENT damage report” on www.fase24.at.

How do you report a breakdown that requires on-site assistance?

By telephone on 43 1 525 036 875, Monday to Sunday from midnight to midnight



What dangers is your bicycle/e-bike insured against?

*E-bikes/bicycles must be secured against burglary, theft and robbery with a security lock (original purchase price at least EUR 50).

· Your email address

· Photo of the invoice for your bicycle/e-bike

· Frame number of your bike

· Photo of your officially valid photo ID (identity card, driving license or passport)

· Photo of the bike

· Photo of the invoice for your bike lock (or lock confirmation - see downloads). The value of the lock must be at least 50 euros!

· IBAN (for SEPA collection of the annual insurance premium)
