The size chart is only a recommendation. The actual frame height depends on your personal taste and riding style. Your motor skills and body feel are also crucial.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

SERVICES INCLUDED upon request when renting

    Bicycle helmet breakdown kit with first aid. When using the puncture set and a tube, the old tube must be handed in to the shop for inspection. Bicycle lock Overview map All bikes have a bottle holder Battery charger if required / When renting for 2 days or more, the charger is included as standard.

INFO 

    Bikes are equipped with flat pedals (platform pedals). For multi-day rentals, the bike can also be left in our shop overnight to be charged. We will recharge the bike for you. We would be happy to install your own SPD pedals (clipless pedals) on the rental bike. Rent Shimano SPD pedals (clipless pedals) for € 10 per day. We ask for advance reservation. Limited availability. Delivery service possible when renting a bike to your hotel/accommodation. Delivery within the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. Each arrival and delivery € 15, - 1-4 bikes Our quality products are from Conway, Mondraker, Simplon, Victoria, Hamax, Bell and Giro. Prices for consecutive days. If you miss a day, the rental price starts again.

INFO DIED

    When renting, we require a completed and signed rental agreement/disclaimer from you as well as a copy of a document. (ID card, passport or driving license) Reservations ensure you get the bike you want. Our hardtail, city and kids bikes are not bikes for descents on single trails and downhill routes. Our E-MTB and MTB full suspension bikes are not suitable for jumps and downhill routes. We try When making a reservation, we will always provide you with the bike and size you want. The bikes must be picked up at the agreed time. If you pick up late, we ask you to inform us. Bicycles must be picked up by 11:00 a.m. Bicycles must be returned by 6:00 p.m., otherwise we will charge for another day. Damage to the rental products will be charged. The bikes cannot be insured, so we ask you to take out private liability insurance which will be effective in the event of damage. The damage must be paid to us immediately on account.
