The data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the connection owner's IP data as part of cookies, as well as the buyer's name, address and credit card number.

In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: email address and, when booking, a copy of a valid ID such as ID card, driving license, passport. After the rental product has been returned undamaged, the data will be deleted after 7 days. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After the shopping process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored for 7 years until the tax retention period expires.

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored for 10 years until product liability expires. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR is to improve our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

The user data is stored for a period of at least 14 months

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
